Delivery Information and Returns Policy

 

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a store credit. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thehvacshop.com.au and send your item to: Unit 1 7 Network Drive, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.

 

Delivery Information

1. Processing and Shipping Times: We at The HVAC Shop are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and timely delivery of your purchases. Upon receiving an order, we aim to process and ship it within 3 business days if the items are in stock. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Delivery Area and Times: Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. We offer both local and national delivery options. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local Delivery: For customers within a 50-mile radius of our store location, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.

  • National Delivery: For customers outside the local delivery area, we utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Estimated delivery times for national deliveries range from 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. (Please be aware that deliveries times to WA can range between 5 to 9 business days).

 

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to keep an eye out for those opportunities.

 

4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. This will allow you to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package and anticipate its arrival.

 

5. Delivery Confirmation: For local deliveries, our delivery personnel will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during the checkout process.

Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to adhere to our delivery timeline, there might be instances where unforeseen delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unexpected events. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and work towards a swift resolution.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1 7 Network Drive, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
